Primarily known as a
sculptor, Scanga came to America as a teen-ager. He lived on the East
COast and in went to school in Michigan. He relocated to Califonia in
the 1970s, where he became friends and collaborated with Dale Chihuly.
Prints tend towward abstraction, while his sculptures often relate to
mythology or historical events. There is an informative Wikipedia
