Colored pastel and gouache drawing on blue paper. Signed and titled in pencil in his early signature. Image 10 x 14 inches to just about sheet edge. Beautifully rendered drawing. Good fresh condition save for attached to a backing board. The Library of Congress has a similar drawing, on blue paper, same dimensions that they date 1901-1908. The LC has large collection of prints by Pennell. Slight lightning in left quadrant from water
