Sloan, John. ARCH CONSPIRATORS. Morse 183 Etching, 1917.Edition of 100. Signed by Sloan, titled, and inscribed 100 proofs, and also signed "Ernest Roth, imp/(old paper)." With a lebel from Kraushaar Galleries, Sloan's dealer, on the back of the mat. 4 1/2 x 6 inches (plate) 12 1/4 x 10 1/8 inches (sheet).    In excellent condition..

According to Morse, the "conspirators" are, from left to right, Charles Ellis, Marcel Duchamp, Gertrude Drick, Allen Mann, Betty Turner, and John Sloan. The Arch is the Washington Square Arch, at the beginning of Fifth Avenue in New York's Greenwich Village.
