Another spectacular linocut from Juan Fuentes. As a cultural activist/artist/printmaker, Juan Fuentes has dedicated his career to being part of a global movement for social change. His works address issues relating to local communities of color, social justice, and international struggles for liberation.
His prints reside in many institutions and museums including the Mexican Museum of San Francisco, the Library of Congress, the Smithsonian American art Museum, the San Francisco Fine Arts Museum, the Center for the Study of Political Graphics in Los Angeles and the University of Santa Barbara.
